Before you apply
What candidates ask us
Do I need lingerie or fashion experience?
No lingerie experience needed. Some roles do ask for retail or marketing experience, and each role page says exactly what it needs. We hire for care, clear thinking, and ownership. The category can be learned; the caring cannot.
What is the salary range?
Every role lists its pay openly above. We publish what we pay because we ask for honesty and we start with it. Where a role says negotiable, you tell us your number in the application and we tell you at the first call whether it fits.
Where will I work?
Our office is in Niketon, Dhaka, and we are opening stores across the city. Roles state their location.
Is there a deadline to apply?
No fixed deadline. We review as applications arrive and close each role once we find the right person, so applying early makes a real difference.
I do not see a role for me. Can I still write?
